How to Prepare & What to Expect
Prepare Documents
After you receive the email confirmation with the upcoming appointment, we ask that you send the document you require to be Notarized to vhbnotary@gmail.com
Notary 1:1
Once it’s time for your appointment, vhbnotary will ask to see your Government ID in order to proceed. All required information needed will be requested prior to the call.
Finalize Documents
After you have sworn/affirmed your document, vhbnotary will witness you sign the document and finalize the last steps with their seal and signature. The final copy will then be sent to you.
Payment will follow the final document – you will receive an email with your invoice with all payment details.
